1. Information We Collect
RND TOO collects the information you provide directly: your account details (email address via Supabase authentication), belief practice activity, journal entries, assessment responses, and conversations with the AI belief coach. We also collect product usage events (pages visited, features used) to understand how the platform is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your beliefs, journal entries, and practice data are sensitive personal-development data. We use them solely to deliver your daily practice experience, personalize coaching, and track your progress. This data is never sold and never used to train AI models.
3. AI Processing
The AI belief coach sends your coaching conversations to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate responses. If the optional coaching-memory feature is enabled, short conversation summaries are stored with Mem0 to personalize future sessions. Neither provider uses your data to train models.
4. Analytics & Billing
We use PostHog for privacy-respecting product analytics. Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details. Errors are reported to Sentry with text masked and media blocked.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on the following providers to operate the service: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter (AI), Mem0 (optional coaching memory), PostHog (analytics), Stripe (billing), Sentry (error monitoring), and Resend (email).
6. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies so that only you can read your own practice data.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your beliefs, journal, coaching history, and progress data.
